Girls Mentorship Program – Spring Cohort Graduation Trip, Hilton Hotel
A 10-week Mentorship Program designed to serve Los Angeles youth aged 8-16 years old. Our curriculum includes the following support from professionals and volunteers in the community:
- Entering the Job Force - Employment Skills,
- Connecting with People in the Job Field of Interest
- Goal Setting and Achieving Results
- Police Relations - Successful Interactions
- Peer Relationships
- Community Engagement and Collaboration
- Addressing Values
- Appropriate Dress
Juneteenth – Community Resource Giveaway 2022
June 17, 2022 - CEASE FOR PEACE has partnered with WLCAC Department of Family Service to offer a Community Resource Giveaway.
Giveaways include: Amazon Household Products, RastAfri, Crochet and Silky Braiding Hair, At-Home Covid Tests, Ralphs Grocery Card Raffle, and Diapers.
Covid Vaccine Clinic: There will also be a mobile Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic. You must be a city of LA Resident, have a current ID, and show proof of income within the last 90 days, along with proof of residency.
Food Truck: Only available to those who receive the vaccine.

Tools For Fuel - Mentorship Program - Males Ages 8-18
May 4 - July 6, 2022 - CEASE FOR PEACE offers a 10-Week Mentorship Program for Males ages 8-18. Through mentorship, this program provides prevention and intervention services for youth and young adults. We address and discuss a multitude of subjects about the obstacles and resiliency of MEN OF COLOR. We are committed to positive male imagery within ethnic communities.
