Southern California Fire Disaster Relief 2025
Southern California Fire Disaster Relief
In January 2025, Cease for Peace helped Southern California fire victims and their families who suffered from a series of wildfires, particularly impacting Los Angeles County and Ventura County, resulting in significant damage and loss of life.
These fires, fueled by Santa Ana winds, caused widespread destruction of homes, businesses, and natural landscapes. The Palisades Fire, in particular, was highly destructive, burning through vast areas of Pacific Palisades, Topanga, and Malibu and becoming one of the most destructive wildfires in Los Angeles history.

We address and discuss a multitude of subjects pertaining to the obstacles and resiliency of MEN OF COLOR. We are committed to the stabilization of positive male imagery within ethnic communities.

June 17, 2022 - CEASE FOR PEACE has partnered with WLCAC Department of Family Service to offer a Community Resource Giveaway.
Giveaways include: Amazon Household Products, RastAfri, Crochet and Silky Braiding Hair, At-Home Covid Tests, Ralphs Grocery Card Raffle, and Diapers.
Covid Vaccine Clinic: There will also be a mobile Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic. You must be a city of LA Resident, have a current ID, and show proof of income within the last 90 days, along with proof of residency.
Food Truck: Only available to those who receive the vaccine.
